SHUTTLE ROTOMOULDING MACHINE

Shuttle Rotomoulding Machine is designed for producing vertical tanks, horizontal tanks, and various moulded articles in different capacities. It is available with oven chamber sizes from 1.5 meters to 7.0 meters and can produce up to 30000 liters. The machine is suitable for large-size production and features side stations for cooling, loading, and unloading, with cooking and forming carried out in the central oven. It offers optimized heating distribution, efficient thermal insulation, digital display control panel, safety devices, alarms, optional PLC automation, electronically controlled burner for reduced fuel consumption, and straight arm mould carriers for uniform product thickness.
